The Mindful Eating Program is a 4 week metabolic boosting program designed to help you head into spring feeling lighter and more energised.  Spring is a great time to focus on building and sustaining those healthy habits - especially if you are feeling a little sluggish from too much winter comfort food!  

The program includes:

  • an introduction to mindful eating
  • 4 week menu plan with simple meal ideas to help you feel energised.  The recipes are suitable for the whole family
  • tips on portion control, goal setting, snacks and pre and post exercise meals
  • help with building a perfect plate and reading supermarket labels.

The Mindful Eating Program costs $60
